The Contingent Orientation Days are compulsory pre-event sessions designed to prepare participants for the upcoming World Scout Moot. Each session will run for approximately 90 minutes and will provide essential information about travel, logistics, cultural expectations, and an event overview, as well as the opportunity to receive merchandise. These orientation days ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to the Contingent Management Team (CMT), meet fellow contingent members, and gain valuable insights to help them make the most of their Moot adventure. If you are unable to attend your branch’s relevant O-Day, please register for the online catch-up session. If you cannot attend in person to collect your merchandise, please indicate on the form below if someone else can collect it on your behalf. We strongly encourage you to attend an O-Day, as it provides crucial information and allows you to ask questions directly to the CMT. The link for the online O-Day will be released via email closer to the date.
