12 pm Collecting at Arlingham Victory Hall in Gloucestershire. Teas available, artwork on display.
2 pm Procession to the River bank (about 20 minutes walk on flat terrain, or you can drive ) with the Severn Serpent, banners and music
2.30 pm River blessing ceremony followed by singing and celebrations
