About this Event
Why does Stoicism resonate so strongly with us today? Maybe it was their steadfastness in the face of great difficulties. Or maybe it was their simple and direct application of wisdom to the practicalities of daily life. Or, just maybe, it was how they epitomized virtue in a world that was disintegrating all around them under the strain of corrupted attitudes and moral ambiguity.
Join us for a compelling exploration of Stoic virtues and values in celebration of World Philosophy Day. We will be briefly profiling the lives and wisdom of three of the most inspiring stoics in a workshop format that includes writing and sharing our ideas on each philosopher and how they may be applied directly to our own lives.
Don’t miss this opportunity to dive deeper into the meaning & wisdom of Stoicism with us!
