World of Work is a two-week, in-person career development program for jobseekers 55 and older who want to personally and professionally thrive in the next chapter of their lives and are empowered to upskill and reskill to explore new careers.
Join us for two weeks of winter sessions where you will learn how to:
- Redefine your core work values & goals
- Create and update your online presence
- Identify your unique transferable skills
- Refresh your interview, resume and networking techniques
- Research new resources and job opportunities
Classes are facilitated by the New Directions team and community partners in various industries.
Be a part of a supportive and affirming program that will boost your self-confidence while preparing you for new experiences in the world of work!

Program Duration: Two Weeks
Class Days: Monday through Friday
Class Time: 9:30 AM – 12 PM
Program Fee: No-Cost. Yes, all we need is your commitment.
