World Mental Health Day, held on 10 October, is a global day dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues, promoting open conversations, and advocating for better mental health support for all. The day shines a light on mental health issues worldwide, encouraging open conversations, reducing stigma, and highlighting the importance of mental health care at every stage of life.
On Thursday, 9 October 2025, from 10am to 1pm, HelpingMinds will be hosting an interactive info stall at the Murray Street Mall. Come along to:
