Part of The Rodgers Family Meditation Program
In honor of World Mental Health Day, join us for a unique “Happy Hour” experience that nurtures both mind and body. Led by a certified yoga teacher and meditation instructor, this restorative session will include breathing exercises, guided meditation, and sound healing. Come together to raise awareness, celebrate mental well-being, and support advocacy efforts to end the stigma surrounding mental health.
