On World Mental Health Day, let’s all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs.Join us for a free coffee and cake on Tuesday 8th October at The Beer Bank, between 10.30am and 12noon.
We'll have mindful activities relating to mental wellbeing for adults and children.
The Beer Bank are a Family Run Micro Bar & Coffee Lounge - they will not be serving alcohol at this event.
Mom's Mindful Hub is a registered Rethink peer support group for Mums to combat isolation & promote mental wellness.
New Baby Network CIC are a volunteer led peer to peer support group for families in the first 1001 days (conception to age 2) and beyond.
