About this Event
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on October 10, we're setting up some play dates.

How We're Celebrating
🏃6:00- 7:00pm: We're partnering with the Los Gatos Run Club for an evening of cardio, strength and mobility. Our Run Ambassador, Lori Beveridge, through exercises and incorporating elements of positive mental health.
✨ 7:00- 8:00pm: Join ambassador Eli to recenter and reground from of a day of play, connection and lighthearted fun. Join the team for light refreshments, snacks and a special surprise from lululemon Los Gatos.
This event is all about taking time to nurture your mental health in playful, restorative ways. Bring your playful spirit, and let’s celebrate together!
