Let’s celebrate World Menopause Day with something simple, supportive, and fun.
Join me and other fabulous women on Saturday, October 18 at 10am at Lyons Valley Park in Oakville for a relaxed walk in nature.

🌳 Expect fresh air, connection, laughter, and real conversation
This is a space for women at all stages: perimenopause, menopause, post, or simply curious and supportive. We’ll walk for around 45–60 minutes at a friendly, chatty pace.
This is not about fitness, it is about friendship and fresh air. A chance to mark World Menopause Day with a smile and some great conversation.
Well behaved dogs are also welcome if you’d like to bring them along 🐾
