Celebrate World Kindness Day with this engaging session run by Speak & Share.
Local non-profit organisation, ‘Speak & Share’ deliver relatable and interactive mental health sessions that are engaging, movement-based, and designed to break down stigma while building real connection.
This workshop, aimed at young people aged 14-18, will focus on:
- Strengthening peer connection and a sense of belonging
- Promoting mental wellbeing and open conversations
- Understanding the support networks available
- Learning practical tools to manage stress and pressure.
