Hello people of Palmerston North - Manawatu!Today I'm celebrating World Heart Day! An international awareness day for cardiovascular health and promoting a heart-healthy living.
Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I've been totally committed to help the people of Palmerston North achieve strong resilient bodies and life changing results.
It's so common that people struggle with pain and joint issues in certain areas such as their lower back and shoulders or when doing certain activities and feeling tired or weakness such as trying to keep up with their kids or helping a friend out with moving that heavy furniture that only takes two
And I want to help.
To celebrate World Heart Day I wanted to do something Awesome and do a giveaway for you lovely people.
My Goal Aim Is:
* I want to help 10 men or women achieve strong pain-free movement so that they can go on to live healthy, functionally and not have to worry about the next lot of painkillers that will only cover up the problem, not solve it!
* I want to educate you about how to use your body correctly while firing up muscles you didn't know you needed
* And show you how to correctly apply the right muscles and movement to practical activities whatever they may be
So, I invite you down to Jetts Palmerston North for a free 90-minute Personal Training session.
(donβt worry, we wonβt be working out for the whole time!)
Whatβs the catch? There is no catch.
I'm simply trying to promote awareness of my business in the local area by doing something for free for the community and if it's good, I hope you'll offer a review and perhaps tell your friends and family about me!
