The evening begins with a sacred circle and a heart-opening tea ceremony, creating a safe and supportive space for all participants. Led by Maria, a guided meditation will help calm the mind and prepare us for the journey that awaits.
For a mesmerising 7.5 hours, Magdalena, Maria, and Marta will gently play an array of gongs, following the traditional Gong Puja format. These continuous gong vibrations create a symphony of healing energy, promoting deep relaxation, restful sleep, stress relief, and inner harmony.
As you surrender to the soothing sounds, you may find yourself entering a state of profound meditation or experiencing a sleep like no other—where you are awake in a dream.
After the gongs’ resonant symphony, a profound silence envelops the space—a sacred pause known as the assimilation time. During this pregnant silence (Shunya), time stretches, and the echoes of the gongs linger in the air. It’s a moment of integration, where the vibrations settle within us, touching the depths of our being.
Before breakfast, a balancing Qigong session will reset us in our bodies after this deep journey.
