As part of SydneyWorld Pride, WorldPride Sports World Gay Boxing Championships is bringing the world's first accredited amateur bout for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies (sanctioned by Boxing Australia NSW). 5 days of courageous boxers fighting to win a world title coupled with the adrenaline rush of great entertainment and the cheering crowd. Besides tough-fought boxing matches, there will be drag queens, great DJs and fabulous entertainment getting you in the spirit to support and cheer on the fighters. This is authentic boxing, fun and crowning new world champions! You will get to know the boxers as they are announced starting with their first name, their nickname, followed by their last name. You will love singing along to the walkout songs hyping up the fighter and their teams, injecting energy into the fans getting the crowd pumping.
