RG Media presents "World Diabetes Day Walk 2024"Join us for a fun and engaging event aimed at raising awareness about diabetes and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Participants can enjoy leisure activities and take part in the 3 km walk to support diabetes awareness in the UAE, while hearing real-life experiences and learning valuable tips for healthy living.
#WorldDiabetesDay is the world’s largest diabetes awareness campaign, reaching over 1 billion people across 160+ countries.
Objectives:
- Support the World Diabetes Day campaign.
- Raise public awareness about diabetes in the UAE and the wider region.
- Promote healthy living among families in the UAE.
- Encourage family bonding, leisure, and entertainment.
- Engage families in sports and competitions.
- Host a 3 km walk to support and raise awareness of diabetes in the UAE.
Walk Information & Activities:
Event starts at 3:00 PM with a 3 km walk and other family-friendly activities.
Registration:
Online registration via the company website.
Onsite registration available on event day.
Entry Fee & Inclusions:
AED 50 per person.
Includes a blue t-shirt, cap, and downloadable certificate.
Other Activities & Family Entertainment:
- Free medical check-up (sponsor’s booth).
- Zumba and other family-oriented physical activities.
Blue Circle relay.
- Photo contest: Best photo with #WDDDXB2024.
