This technique is enhanced by movement, meditation, sound, Reiki, and emotional release. You will need to bring the following:
yoga mat, blanket(s), bolster/pillow, eyemask. If you do not have an eyemask, we will have some available for $1. This is an IN-PERSON and FREE event!
