About this Event
Learn the art of crafting a unique, personalized costume for your child. We’ll cover how to work with appliqué and introduce basic concepts of pattern cutting and sewing stitches alongside other embellishment techniques. Use a variety of materials, from playful fun fur to versatile felt, to shape designs inspired by your child’s cherished storybook characters.
This is an opportunity to create something unique, whilst reducing waste and being kinder to the environment.
We will also be hosting a costume swap this year, so please bring along any old, clean costumes you would like to donate for someone else to use or repurpose.
Suitable for parents/carers, plus one child aged 8+.
Please note, tickets should be booked separately for children and accompanying adults.
