Are you ready for one last living history weekend? Join us on the 13th & 14th September for our final re-enactment event of the 2025- our World at War Weekend!
We're delighted to be joined this year by soldiers from The Great War Society living history group. and The Wiltshires in The Great War !
We'll be open from 10am-5pm across both days as we learn more about the life of an infantry soldier during the First World War. Both groups will be displaying weapons and replica equipment and will be primed to answer all the questions you've ever had about 'The Great War'.
As if that wasn't enough, we've also got plenty to keep the kids occupied with, such as medal making, object handling, and historic costumes to try on!
Whether you're a military history nut or complete novice, come and spend the weekend with us in our beautiful garden here in The Wardrobe.
Entry to the event is by donation- pay as little or as much as you would like.
