Join us at WorkWise - our inaugural employment conference, where we’ll be addressing the latest HR and people management issues. Our aim is not only to share best practices gained from Anderson Strathern’s collective experience, but also to facilitate meaningful discussion between delegates.
As well as hearing from our experts, you’ll be involved in thought-provoking conversations and will leave with ideas you can quickly put into practice to benefit your business. There’ll be time for networking over breakfast and lunch, both of which are included in the registration cost.
Our plenary sessions will cover a host of HR topics, including:

You’ll then choose one of the following practical workshops:
- Artificial intelligence at work with - Explore the risks and opportunities of AI in the workplace and understand the legal implications for employers.
- Preparing for investment with - Dive into the HR perspective on preparing for investment, a crucial aspect of building a successful business.
- Subject access tips with - Hear from data protection specialists on how to handle employee subject access requests (SARs), with practical tips around preparing for and responding to SARs.
- Mock employment tribunal with - A mini-masterclass of tribunal procedure with a focus on unfair dismissal – the most common type of claim.
There’ll also be a mindfulness session with from Imperium HR, and an expert panel discussion with HR leaders, led by , featuring senior professionals across the education, hospitality, and renewable energy sectors. They’ll be providing delegates with their views on HR challenges and themes for the year ahead.
