WorkSource Clackamas Program Spotlight: Each month, WorkSource Clackamas provides free opportunities for Clackamas County residents to learn about open job opportunities with local employers, or available education/training opportunities offered by educational institutions or community-based training providers. Each Employer/Program Spotlight takes place on the third Friday of each month, from 10:00AM to 11:30PM at WorkSource Clackamas or virtually, through Zoom.

About COPE Health Scholars: COPE Health Scholars is an experiential learning and workforce development program that provides participants with unparalleled hands-on experience in a hospital setting alongside nurses, physicians, administrators, and other members of the patient care team. As a Health Scholar, you will gain experience in both clinical and/or administrative areas of healthcare and become an integral part of the patient experience at Adventist Health Portland. We offer enriching opportunities for exposure to many different healthcare careers for aspiring professionals, networking and professional development opportunities in the field, and ultimately a certificate in “Pre-Licensed Clinical Care and Patient Experience.” Whether you’re looking for a direct pipeline into entry-level healthcare jobs or a boost in your application process for professional programs like nursing or medical school, the Health Scholar program can help get you there!
