En... dan vieren we dat St Draailier Doedelzak 40 jaar bestaat! Om die 40 jaar goed te vieren, plakken we de paasmaandag aan dit weekend vast. 4 dagen, 3 nachten :-)
*** Wat gaan doen? ***
Dit jaarlijkse folk weekend is vol met workshops voor draailier, zang, diatonisch accordeon, doedelzak, nyckelharpa en samenspel. Er zijn cursusniveaus voor beginners, halfgevorderden en gevorderde spelers.
Dit weekend is in Sint-Michielsgestel, naast Den Bosch. Overdag zijn er cursussen, 's avonds concerten, balfolk en jamsessies.

Do you already have plans for Eastern 2025? We do! Mark the date of 18-21th of April in your agenda for this Course weekend about drone music, balfolk & ensemble. And then we will also celebrate that St Draailier & Doedelzak (Dutch Hurdy Gurdy and Bagpipe Foundation) exists for 40 years! And to celebrate 40 years the right way, we will have 1 day extra: 4 days 3 nights!
** What's this Course Weekend about? **
Every year the Dutch Hurdy-Gurdy and Bagpipe Foundation organise a Workshop Weekend for beginners, half advanced and advanced musicians. There will be workshops for hurdy-gurdy, bagpipe but also for singers, diatonic accordeon or ensemble.
The weekend will be in Sint-Michielsgestel, near the city of Den Bosch. During the day there will be courses, in the evening there will be music, concerts and jamsessions.
