This workshop is perfect for those that love pole flow transitions, pole handstands, low floor tricks, acrobatics, dynamic elements, jumps and heels movement. Learn some of Lisette’s favourite sequences.
🔸Hybrid Static Elements
In this workshop, you will learn her favourite static transitions. Her skilful sequences are full of graceful movement, strength, acrobatics, rotations and interesting elements that can be modified to different levels of ability.

🔸Magnetic Flow Heel Choreo
Discover beautiful and sexy pole flow transitions focusing on graceful movement and technique. You will learn how to incorporate spins, rotations, floorwork, leg and body movements and work on musicality and fluidity.

🔸Exotic Flow
At this workshop we will dance “in the flow” making all the moves and transitions like one. We will play with “levels” of the flow and learn interesting transitions.
🔸Frame up strip
Frame Up is dance style created by Russian dancer Anastasia Yurasova. This style is a mix of different styles such as contemporary, strip dance, hip hop and many others. The style has already its own “ moves vocabulary” and you can recognize it by sharp moves, perfect technique and a huge accent on musicality in choreographies.
At this workshop we will learn a simple choreography. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
