An embodied group experience weaving inner work & a dynamic yoga flow.

How many times have you held yourself back, out of fear of not making it through, a lack of trust in yourself, or the possibility of being shamed or judged?
Often, we are our own hardest critics. And yet, every time we step beyond a self-imposed limit, we discover new strength, courage, and possibility.
The truth is that real growth often feels uncomfortable. It asks us to step away from the familiar, move beyond our comfort zone, and dare to do things differently.
In this 3 hour workshop, you are invited to bring awareness to what may be holding you back from living your full potential, and to explore how to allow more spontaneity, playfulness and bravery into your life - by trying new things and stepping out of familiar territory.
Whether you consider yourself ambitious and courageous, or feel that fear and self-doubt often take the lead, I invite you to join me and challenge your own edges.

My name is Eleni Erotokritou.🧚‍♀️
I am a Certified Heal Your Life Coach, Yoga Teacher & Human Development Guide, Founder of OpenHeart. Above all, I am a student of life - a devoted practitioner, continually guided and inspired by the wisdom of nature.
With a love and passion for movement, inner journeying, self development, nature connection, writing and group work, I offer yoga classes, events in nature, moon ceremonies, alternative experiential workshops, courses and seasonal retreats.
Moreover, I work with people through one on one mentoring programmes, tailored to meet each individual where they are and support them on their journey to freedom, harmony and fulfillment.
Characterized by an intuitive and compassionate presence - as well as a welcoming, playful nature ~ I’m honored to walk alongside this community in the best way I can.
