We celebrate our Sacred Feminine monthly in this sacred circle.This is an invitation to all of you beautiful women to join me into ceremony Friday from 6:30-9:30pm, to embrace your feminine energy in a sacred heart opening experience.
It's time for a new way for the Feminine to flourish.
Off the hamster wheel + into healing the divine feminine energy within us.
This will be an all women sacred journey into surrendering and allowing yourself to feel, share and to express fully.
We will sit with the beautiful nurturing medicine of sisterhood, community. This is a multi energetic signature container, from gentle, profound to active and playful. We come to explore our heart centre energy and the ability to soften, surrender and activate our Divine Feminine.
This is an intuitively guided safe journey to connect within using visualization, breath work, tapping, acupressure, intuitive movements, feminine embodiment, high frequency music, and energy healing.
Finally we will have a share circle to learn from and celebrate each other, creating lasting positive shifts in our lives as a collective.

7:20 Meditation + Somatic Work + Guided/Intuitive Movement
Breathwork
9:15 Closing Circle + Afterglow Mingle
