Scales and arpeggios are used as melodic tools, not mechanical exercises. Focus on melodic minor, major modes, and arpeggios of seventh chords and upper structures.
Arranging & Reharmonization
Jazz standards can be transformed using Brazilian rhythms such as bossa nova and samba.
