She believes strong teams need a strong foundation of trust, and has proven this through her work as a leader of the Training Network award-winning Leadership Development Team at a successful Fortune 500 Company.
Erika Rivera Jaramillo - Co-Founder of Monarch Coaching
Erika’s diverse experiences having lived in 3 countries, has given her a unique perspective, adaptability and curiosity when working with clients and meeting their needs. Her savvy instructional design skills and expertise in Leadership Development, contributed to her content being part of the #1 Training Team in the world. With her Life Coach Certification by IAP, she continues to shine and help others through her unique approach to leadership coaching, personal development and training.
