Facilitator: Harry Burton, Owner of Apple Luscious Organic Orchard, home to over 200 varieties of organic apples, including the largest collection of red-fleshed apples in Canada. Description: Harry has set up his orchard to be fully sustained with water catchment and dispersal systems. Join his tour to see his property, learn about the water system, and watch a short video on the process of developing it. There will be networking time at the end of the event to discuss water systems and designs with the other farmers in attendance.
