Workshop: Visiting the Elements

Visiting the Elements (air, fire, water, earth) is a small, intimate workshop inviting you to slow down and reconnect through sensory awareness, reflection, and earthly elements.

Together, we’ll move gently through grounding practices, guided exploration of the elements and their associations, journaling, and a shared reflection circle. The evening is held with care and spaciousness, offering time to listen inwardly and notice the lenses through which we meet our inner and outer worlds.

You’ll be welcomed with a cleansing tea on arrival, and we’ll close with a nourishing tea to support integration.
An optional shared infrared sauna session will be available afterwards

This workshop is by donation, with all contributions supporting fundraising for the Tarkine (Bob Brown Foundation) 22km Trail Run. For this reason the ticket price is set to Free, however a donation instead, via the link below is required
