About this Event

Workshop: The Power of Feminine Leadership

Women now outnumber men in the college-educated labor force, are 57% of the workforce, and make up 10% of the CEO positions for the Fortune 500s.

Is the pursuit of success driving women to emulate traditionally masculine energy? Or have the values of business changed in a manner that has become more beneficial to incorporate feminine energy into business operations?

We will examine the ways in which we can leverage the masculine and feminine energies inherent in all of us (irrespective of gender) to foster our professional success.
