You're invited to forest calm at Fir Haven for an immersive introduction to The Joy Method™, a transformational framework created by Jillian Schecher that helps us realign with what truly matters — our inner joy.
Hosted by Rebecca Asquith, Joy Facilitator-in-Training and owner of Fir Haven, this 30-minute experience invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself, with the beauty around you, and with the women who share this northern community.
Together, we’ll explore gentle mindset shifts and grounding practices that help us return to joy amidst busy lives and constant change. Through reflection, focus, and shared conversation, we will explore how joy can be both anchor and compass — guiding not only how we show up in our work, but how we live, love, and lead.
You’ll leave with:
- A simple daily Joy Method™ practice to reconnect to your natural state of calm and clarity
- A deeper sense of connection to yourself, nature, and the women in this community
