The instructor is not a lawyer, but is experienced in negotiating talent agreements, with lawyers, from working as a talent manager, development, and production executive. You can bring a contract you’ve signed (or are being asked to sign) and present it for discussion. Lawyers are really expensive, so this is a great option to get advice on how to not get screwed.
