Workshop: Strategic Volunteer Recruitment for Beginners

Our Strategic Volunteer Recruitment for Beginners Workshop is an interactive 2 hour training for volunteer coordinators new to the field. Participants will learn how to assess organizational needs and identify target volunteers best equipped to address those needs. You will practice writing effective volunteer opportunities and adapt postings to attract your target audience.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

• Assess current recruitment
• Implement mission-focused strategies
• Learn how to message to different audiences and practice building opportunities to attract each audience type
