CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Stained Glass Sun Catchers & Wind Chimes will provide participants with a choice of patterns and materials to create a piece approximately 8” in diameter. All materials and use of tools are included in class fee. Participants will learn how to cut glass, copper foil, solder, and hang their art.
Materials and use of tools using the copper foil method of construction are included in the class. Participants will leave with a completed piece of art, ready to hang and appropriate for indoor or outdoor display.
Coffee, tea, water and light snacks will be provided. Lunch is available from local businesses. This class will be downstairs in our wonderful classroom, and involve a great deal of standing; participants should be able to stand for the better part of the day.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Deborah Wogan has been a stained glass artist for 45 years; designing and creating traditional & non-traditional custom stained glass art, as well as fused glass art and dichroic glass jewelry.
