CREATURE can be envisioned as a framework of physical principles guiding our interactions and movements together. You will acquire the ability to allow your body to take the lead, prioritizing bodily impulses over cognitive desires.
This workshop combines structured work of basic exercises together with guided free movement. The practice combines individual work together with partnering work.
The workshop is intended for all movers.
