About the Speaker:
Wei Chen is an Associate Professor of Operations and Information Management (OPIM) at the University of Connecticut’s School of Business. As the academic director of the UConn Digital Frontiers Initiative, he focuses on facilitating collaborations between industry and academia, with a key emphasis on the business applications of generative AI. Wei's research has been published in top-tier academic journals and recognized with multiple awards, including the Gordon B. Davis Young Scholar Award.
