This 90-minute workshop is designed to promote deep release and relaxation. We will be utilizing various rolling techniques to manually dig into harder-to-reach areas typical for chronic tension, and then compliment those tissues with a soothing restorative practice. Some light Reiki adjustments will be provided to those open to receiving, all combined to help attendees restore and ground during the full moon phase. This workshop meets monthly!
