Come and give your body and nervous system a total reboot with a deeply relaxing Sunday afternoon of self myofascial release and restorative yoga. It is a complete practice that will leave you feeling fully rested and ready for the week ahead.
You will be guided to directly target 'trigger points' in the body that tend to hold tension, typically around the shoulders, neck and back, releasing restrictive patterns of movement and creating time for rest so that the body can fully absorb all the goodness from this deeply nourishing and replenishing practice.
Tennis balls will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
