LitFest X Queer By Gum presents
Workshop: Queer Storytelling with Maz Hedgehog
Following on from the very successful workshop and evening event at Litfest 2024, Queer by Gum is back with a new programme!
This year we’re joined by guest facilitator, Maz Hedgehog – writer, performer and editor working in the spaces between real and unreal, poetry and theatre, self and other. ‘My poetry is interested in relationships, in bodies, in why and how we tell each other the stories we do.’
Their workshop will be designed to create a space to share stories and experiences through a variety of activities pivoted around creative writing and performance.
The workshop will be followed by a performance at The Gregson Community Arts Centre in The Olive Bar with headliner Maz Hedgehog and local poets - 8 - 10pm
