Project management is a set of principles, methods, and techniques that people use to effectively plan and smoothly control project work. Given how big of an impact that solid project management has on businesses, it is necessary to know how to come up with and implement a structured approach to planning and controlling projects. Following the great success of our previous project management workshops, we are excited to announce another for 25 May.
This workshop, hosted by adjunct lecturer and corporate trainer Mr. Brian O'Reilly, will give project management practitioners and team members an ultimate guide to effective, strategic, and complete project management.

? OUR SPEAKER
Mr. Brian O'Reilly | Adjunct Lecturer and Corporate Trainer
Brian O’Reilly has been working in Vietnam for over 20 years in higher education, management consulting, and corporate training. He has extensive experience in higher education and launched Vietnam’s first 100% foreign MBA program in 2003. His experience in higher education also includes launching and managing several business programs, and lecturing in international MBA and bachelor programs.
His honorary roles include being the Chair of the Education and Training Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), the Co-Chair of the Education and Training for Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AusCham), and a former President and Board Member of AusCham’s Board for over 12 years. He is also the Vice Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce's (AmCham) Education and Training Committee. He is also EuroCham’s former Southeastern Vietnam Delegate for Community Building.
