Curious about Kizomba and ready to take your first steps? In this introductory session, Selwin Fredriks will guide you through the core elements of Kizomba – from the music and roots to the rhythm, connection, and flow of the dance.
You’ll learn the basics of partner connection, movement, and how this soulful dance expresses the harmony between body and sound. A perfect start for those new to Kizomba or looking to truly understand its essence.

Ready to deepen your Kizomba journey? In this advanced session, Selwin will introduce you to his signature approach, one that blends technique, musicality, and intuitive movement.
Through mindful exercises, creative partner work, and rhythmic exploration, you’ll work on expressing yourself with control, connection, and a deep awareness of body and mind. Playful, grounded, and transformational, this is Kizomba with soul.
