Before the advent of modern bakers yeast, bakers kept a living sourdough culture around to leaven their breads. Come join us and learn the basics of baking bread with a traditional sourdough culture. This workshop includes an introduction to the art, science and magic of a living sourdough culture as well as a container of sourdough starter.This presentation will be led by Chris Mathieson, our General Manager. Advanced registration is required and space is limited.
