This is a workshop that will open the world of AcroYoga to you! Learn a new and fun way of exercise that combines the movement form of Yoga and Acrobatics. The training starts with fun games, warm-ups exercises with a group or a partner, and is followed by learning the L-basing techniques of basic AcroYoga poses. Everyone will be introduced to the 3 main roles in AcroYoga; base, flyer, and spotter.
The workshop is open to both complete beginners and beginners who have some experience in AcroYoga and need to solidify the foundations of their practice. Partners are encouraged, but not necessary.
