A 1.5 hour workshop for you to share your views and experiences and help shape the Trust's five year strategy.
About this Event

Hampshire Hospitals invites you to join a workshop to share your ideas, experiences and feedback to help us shape a Trust strategy that truly reflects what matters to you.

In recent months, we have seen a number of challenges and changes within the NHS both nationally and locally here in Hampshire. This includes the recently published Government 10-Year Health Plan, local pressures on our services, our aging population and buildings as well as workforce and financial challenges.

In response to this, we're refreshing our Trust strategy for the next five years. Our Trust strategy will set out our priorities, guide the decisions we make, and help us plan how we will care for the patients who will need us tomorrow, next month and in the years to come.

Whether you're a patient, partner, or member of our wider population, you have valuable insights that can help us get our strategy right. By sharing your ideas, experiences, and feedback, you’ll help shape a strategy that reflects real needs, builds on what matters most to the people we serve, and ensures we are an organisation that is fit for the future.

The workshop - held at the Oasis Restaurant at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

We want to speak to as many people as possible across our communities, including patients, partners, colleagues and members of the public. These workshops will follow the same structure as our online questionnaire, so if you have already completed this, you do not need to attend a workshop.

This 1.5hr workshop, hosted by Chief Strategy and Population Health Officer Shirlene Oh, will work through the Trust's five strategic themes, providing opportunities for discussion and feedback throughout. Alongside your feedback, a wide range of contributions will be used to shape the strategy, including further research, national direction and existing knowledge.
