Join us on November 8th where we will dive into the topic of gut health for women. Led by Janine Jivani MPH, RHN, she will go over practical tips to improve gut health and dive into the effects our gut has on hormonal health. By the end of this workshop, participants will:
- Understand the connection between gut health and hormonal balance
- Learn how the gut supports estrogen detoxification
- Identify signs of poor gut health and common hormone-related symptoms
- Know which foods and habits support gut and hormone harmony
