Workshop ft Yara Neto

// Workshop.
Hosted by Katherine Curnow aka KC and backed by the slammin' Workshop house band, Workshop will bring to our fair city the freshest vibe and showcase Perth’s finest vocalists. //
Yara Neto is a soul and motown singer based in Perth. She has fronted popular Perth big bands such as Stratosfunk and Milford Street Shakers - recently singing lead for their Tell Mama: The Music of Etta James show.
Her honey-like tones will make you FEEL ALL THE FEELINGS so get ready for THAT presence and a whole lotta soul.
This month, part proceeds of ticket sales will be donated to the Indigenous Arts Foundation; a newly launched Perth-based charity recognising exceptional Indigenous talent and a passion for the arts, creating pathways for the Indigenous Arts community through their education and training programs and scholarships and grants.
If you have capacity, please consider checking out their website and supporting them where you can. Please be advised as a newly formed organisation, they are still awaiting DGR status.
