Daniella Gould is the owner of Santosa Yoga. She teaches outdoor yoga, breath healing, transformative retreats, and parenting with yoga. She loves to teach and practice laughter yoga as it is a powerful way to stop intrusive thoughts, to release stress stored in the belly, and to feel lighter and happier. In this workshop, she will share with you the medicine of laughter and connection.
