Workshop: DEEP LISTENING - if you want to go deeper

If you're ready to go deeper within and practice DEEP LISTENING, join us as we continue the journey on Saturday. Throughout the day, you’ll engage in exercises designed to help you tune in more closely to yourself and the horses. You’ll also learn how to incorporate the card deck Messages From The Horses into your everyday life, and how to follow the guidance offered by the horses.
In this workshop, you’ll practice listening to the horses and learning how to hear beyond the surface. Lina Petersdotter will guide you to trust whatever arises, creating a safe environment for everyone, whether working with the horses or engaging in quiet reflection.
• Lunch, coffee/tea and snacks included.
• Limited spots. The workshop is in English.
• Bring clothes for the occasion; we are going to be inside the classroom for theory and exercises and in the indoor arena to work with the horses.
• No previous experience with horses is required.
