A full day of workshops with Kirsty & Emma for £75!! 10 - 11:30 - Sexy heels choreography with Emma (Beginner+)Learn a rocky, sexy heels routine with Emma's signature style. Attention seeking presence, clacks, fun transitions and low flow. No tricks.
11:45 - 1:15 Introduction to Back Bend Tricks with Kirsty (Intermediate+) Progressions and options will be offered.
Kirsty will guide you through the fundamental stretches to maximise your backbends safely and efficiently. An emphasis on body placement and technique when working on the pole to get the best from your bends.
1:45 - 3:15 - ConArtistry - Tricks thats are easier than they look with Emma (Early Intermediate+) Progressions and options will be offered. Intermediate level tricks that look more impressive than they actually are. We wont tell if you dont! Floor tricks included too.
3:30-5pm Kirstys Dynamic Heels Choreography. (Early Intermediate+) Kirsty's signature style of dynamic, edgy flow. Cool kips and transitions, and some fun basework too.
Book the full day for £75 or individual workshops for £25 each.

You can book the full day with a £25 deposit, with the balance due by 1st October.
