In this one day session you will learn the basic skills of how to make people laugh as someone else, or, stand up dressed up.Students will get a 5 spot at an open mic night soon after so that they can apply some of what they have learned.This day is designed to help and direct existing character acts that might need some development and polish, alongside those looking to try it for the very first time.The "Early Bird" price is £65 for the Workshop, this price is available until 11pm Monday November 9th when the price increases to £85.You will learn how to:· Create a character· Develop material· Remain in character· Perform liveThe class is taught by stand up comedian, podcaster and heavy metal singer Howard Smith.
