MTS is delighted that on Sat Feb 21 from 2pm to 3pm, Kevin P teaches the workshop “Directional Leading and Expressive Following” which will cover the use of basic rhythms & melody to allow both dancers to elevate their dance by making use of timing for embellishments as well as by being expressive without any additional movements. This workshop will also cover concepts and techniques for dancers to express themselves in alternative/modern songs. Cost $15.Following Kevin's workshop. from 3pm to 5pm, MTS eagerly welcome Candela Marini as our guest DJ for this Milonga Matinee. Originally from Argentina, Candela now lives in Milwaukee. Her tango playlist will include “alternative and contemporary tango music”. Cost for the Milonga Matinee, just $5.
