Let dance movement help you discover a new way to connect with yourself and others.We will use dance movement as a means of creative expression, communication, creativity and catharsis. Through kinesthetic empathy we will feel our own body and emotional sensations, as well as through mirroring the movement of our peer, we will sense and reflect back his/her body and emotional sensations. This work will allow us to free stored emotions and sensations, to process them, and integrate back fragmental parts of ourselves.
Come alone or bring your friends! This event is held in Greenwood area in Seattle, WA. The studio has a capacity limit, so we kindly ask you to RSVP.
Price $25 per person.
